WebCD Globe Test WebCD Image command (File menu)

Use this command to open the current project in the WebCD Viewer. This command allows you to test the WebCD image without creating the desktop icon and WebCD Viewer program folder that is normally created when a user installs the WebCD Viewer.

Note You must build a project to the hard disk before you can view it with the WebCD Viewer.

Advanced Tip To avoid creating the desktop icon and WebCD Viewer program folder when running a WebCD (not a project built to hard disk), use the following procedure: 1) Using the Windows 95 Explorer, open the Program folder on the CD, 2) Drag webcd.wvw and drop it onto wv2_32.exe (both in the Program folder on the CD). This accomplishes the same thing as the menu item.
